Joy, it has happened with a volunteer soldier, a terrorist attack, yes. In Oklahoma, ex post facto, and it will occur again. What can we do to help neutralize the threat?

You're kidding, Michael? Has this already happened- a returning veteran was involved in a terrorist attack? What do you base your assumptions on?

The returning veterans currently are different from veterans of a conscripted action. They are a different sort-of breed, so to speak. They enlisted by choice, not by force.

This threat will get worse because of the new threat that I indentify as the "disenfranchised veteran terrorist". Returning veterans may become a faciltator of this problem, unfornately.
